As each item is handmade with love, we have a dispatch period of up to 5 days to allow for the turnaround. Should the items in your order become available sooner, they will be shipped out promptly!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer next-day delivery. Every piece is crafted and shipped from our home studio by myself and to maintain our commitment to delivering your order as and when it is expected, we do not offer next-day delivery at this time.

If you have a specific delivery date in mind for your order, for example with gifting orders, please reach out, and we will make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched on time.

At the moment we can only fulfill orders within the UK. If you are browsing our store from another location, please feel free to contact us, it would be fantastic to explore shipping options for additional destinations in the future!

Returns
I sincerely hope you love your purchase. However, if, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your pieces, please don't hesitate to get in touch via our dedicated contact page. Please include your name and order number in the message, and we will promptly address your concerns.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection we do not accept returns on earrings.

Our earrings are handcrafted using high-quality polymer clay. The fixtures and backings of our earrings are standard stainless steel for durability. Additionally, all earrings are waterproof! See care instructions in the drop down below for more details on how to care for your earrings.

Beanie Material
Our hand-knitted beanies are expertly crafted using 100% acrylic supersoft aran yarn. See care instructions in the drop down below for more details on how to care for your beanie.

Candle Making
Crafted with care, we use wax and fragrance oils that are not only eco friendly but also vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and paraben-free. See care instructions in the drop down below for more details on how to look after your candle.

Caring for your Beanie:
Washing our beanies is effortless – simply toss them into the washing machine on a gentle/wool cycle and allow them to air-dry flat to keep them looking their best.

Caring for your Earrings:
Our earrings are waterproof and easy to maintain. A quick wash with warm soapy water is all it takes to keep them looking their best!

Caring for your Candle:
Ensure a perfect burn every time by following a few simple steps - when lighting your candle for the first time, let it burn until the entire surface melts, preventing tunnelling. Remove any soot or debris inside the container and trim the wick to a recommended 0.25 inches using scissors or a wick trimmer for an even, clean burn.
